Integratec Database Implementation Specialist

Capitol Hill Housing is looking for a temporary, part time specialist to assist with the implementation of the Integratec database. This position will be tasked with scanning and uploading complex real estate documents and ensuring correct indexing for each of our properties. The records are not consistent so this person will need to be able to analyze documents to ensure proper categorization.
Duties Include:
  • Work closely with Asset Management team to advance implementation of Integratec Real Estate Database.
  • Create and manage project plan including work breakdown and timeline.
  • Responsible for gathering, verifying and loading large quantities of data from diverse sources into database to allow easy access across departments.
  • Under the direction of the Asset Manager, review, categorize and load legal documents, reports, due diligence material and other information into Integratec.
  • Collect, verify and load large quantities of financial information to the database.
  • Reviews and understands partnership agreements, contracts, financing and regulatory documents to accurately file in database.
  • Ensure that records are accurately described and easily accessible when needed.
  • Assist with rollout of system to wider audience. Create process documents and assist with training.
  • Works with Asset Management team on other projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Paralegal certification or bachelor degree in accounting, finance, library science, business administration or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in related work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to read and understand a variety of legal documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time and project management skills.  Detail oriented and focused on accuracy.  Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate successfully across the organization.
  • Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working for a nonprofit or governmental entity developing and managing affordable housing.
  • Experience with multifamily real estate closings and associated legal documentation (mortgages, notes, loan agreements, deeds, regulatory agreements, subsidy contracts, partnership agreements, etc.)
  • 2 or more years of direct experience related to affordable housing finance or asset management.
  • Experience with large scale database implementation, organization and administration.
  • Direct Asset Management, Property Management, Real Estate Development, or Real Estate Finance experience
  • Familiarity with industry software applications (i.e. Integratec, Abila, Boston Post, Wegowise)
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements.
Skills: Candidates should have demonstrated ability in some or all the following areas:
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents;
  • Flexibility and ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Database management or database administration experience;
  • Financial report design and development experience;
  • Project Management experience;
  • Information Management and/or Corporate Record Keeping;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Effective communication in person and in writing;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel
